beautiful surroundings with easy access to parks and landmarks
I appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the convenience of being just a short walk from Burford Church and Kilkenny Lane Country Park, making my evening strolls delightful and enriching. I would have loved to stay longer to explore more of the area's charm. As a single traveler, I found the room very comfortable, clean, and warm, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

We had a fantastic time, enjoying a cozy room with a stunning view of the sheep grazing by the brook. The lovely garden was great for relaxing with a book and the picnic area was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the door lock could use a bit of oil, but it didn’t bother us at all. 😊

Charming getaway with tasty food
We stayed 4 nights in a cozy room overlooking a lovely garden. Breakfast was delish with loads of choices, and dinner exceeded pub food standards! Just a bit of a bummer when some rowdy guests at the bar got a bit loud, which disturbed the vibe. Still a great spot for a quiet escape.

The decor at The Swan was charming and tranquil, with the beautifully maintained gardens providing a lovely view. I particularly appreciated the accessibility options in Debo's Room, making it comfortable and welcoming for seniors like myself.
More height-adjustable shower options would be nice.

The room had beautiful views and was nicely decorated, but it felt a bit cramped. Communal toiletries were a disappointment, especially when the bathroom was quite spacious. Dinner service was slow, taking three hours for three courses, which detracted from the experience. breakfast served in a delightful dining room made up for it, featuring homemade marmalade that was exceptional.
